team of engineers onsite and have an offshore setup of dedicated
team and infrastructure, called Offshore Development Center

maintenance process, which allows effectively to capture the
application environment and business activity. Our 7-step
transition process with unique Knowledge Transfer methodology
and effective documentation provide safe means in transition
to offshore for greater efficiency and cost savings for customers.
Each of these activities are governed and monitored by an
SLA framework with focus on continuous improvement. According
to the requirements and nature of the application to be maintained,
we use structured or object-oriented approach/technology.
