Dedicated facility: We have a state of art facility to carry out development, support & maintenance work. We can accommodate 150+ personals in three shifts which is expendable to 250 people in a quick time by only changing the modulers. This can be done in just 5-6 days.

Facility is developed in total 4500 sq feet’s and its completely air-conditions. It is located at the one of the prime location of the city and proximity to public transport is 0 km. The nearest highway is just 2 KM and Airport is 15 km away.

Fast and reliable internet access: U&D Square is connected via thee ISP’s with total speed of 2mbps, 512kbps and 378kbps respectively. To achieve 99.9% uptime we have hardware firewall with load balancing capability to insure seamless connectivity 24/7.

Reliable phone connections & VoIP: Currently we have three phone lines and one independent VOIP line connected to 10 x 120 digital EPABX). Both Phone line and VoIP line are scalable in short notice.

Windows based computers: We have got Latest Intel P4 2.8 ghz machines with OS as Windows XP professional. All the machines has licensed XP Professional and Office 2003 business edition.

Premises accessible only to authorized personnel’s: Facility access is authorized by Proximity reader and ID cards. We further monitor the activities via CCTV installed in 8 locations with capability to publish the Live video via web using normal any internet connection.

Technical Support available 24/7: U&D Square is primarily a tech support company with expertise of providing support 24/7. Keeping this is mind we can easily deploy thee resources that are available round o’clock to support the setup. Should there be any problem with network these people will be available for immediate resolution.

Power Backup: We have separate power backup for system and other office equipment. All the desktops and servers are connected with 6 KVA UPS. Further is 35 KVA generator installed at the basement to provide power backup.

Training Room: We have fully developed training room that can accommodate 20 personals.

Storage: Storage has been given under each desk to store important papers and stuff. Extended storage can be given upon request.

Refreshments and Service Staff: Refreshment area contains, Coffee & Tea Machines, Hot & COLD water dispensers, water purifier, refrigerator etc. Service staffs such as office boys are available 24/7 to serve the personals.
