The client is manufacturer of automobile parts with total
190 dealers and distributors across the countries along with
4 branch offices, 2 factories and 2 warehouses. The company
is running on SAP and all the elements are connected to a
primarily centralized Data Center at the HO and backup Data Center
in one of the branch office.
Challenge
With more than 20-servers, 1000-desktops, modems, routers,
firewalls and various communication devices it was important
to manage the infrastructure. Company is pretty aggressive
to achieve ROI on IT infrastructure. Our job is to manage,
update , upgrade , secure and scale the current infrastructure.

Solution
U&D Square runs onsite support operation at seven
locations, to monitor and support complete IT infrastructure.
We established a well-defined process to perform the monitoring
activities as well as support activities. Our performance
against the SLAs are measured and reported on a monthly basis.
